I just built one about a month ago. If I'm not mistaken, for the +/- 15v 
supply, PAiA supplies the wire to use instead of the resistors; if you have 
the kit, check the parts list -- you shouldn't have R1 and R2, but instead 
have a length of bare wire. Use the wire to make the connections where R1 
and R2 are shown on the silscreened board. The supply also has 2 jumpers - 
these are to be made from cut off resistor leads or other spare wire.

I'm working from memory, here, but I think that's how it is....
