I didn't catch the original reason for this post... but...

anyone ever thought about getting people across the country to organize
a national "stay in"? No one goes to work, no one goes to the store to
buy anything, and no one turns on any appliance. No TV, NO anything that
would allow the corperates and stock holders to profit from... a wildcat
strike of sorts :-)
