 Check out Farnell, I think they have an office in Leeds.
You will probably want a BUD Industries standard panel.
 Be advised they are not cheap, running at between 40 and 50 U.S. dollars.

Hi all,

I just 'acquired' an outstanding 19" rack case and am determined to use it.
This thing is big enough to put a synth in either side. Now, there's a
thought..

It's built like the proverbial brick sh*thouse and looks like it will
survive just about anything.

So, any UK based list members know where I can buy 9U (15 3/4") high,  19"
wide panels? A web search came up blank yesterday.
