Or try Force Sensing Resistors from Interlink Electronics...
Their sample kit has about 16 devices (or so) some not too cool, but
some real useful sizes, including some long strips...
I think the kit was $80 or so. I have not played with it yet. Probably next
time I lose a drummer I'll be right there.
