Slightly off-topic for the list, but actually on-topic as it prevents
me from getting started with many synth DIY projects I have in mind...

I need a simple-to-use and cheap/free program which will allow me to
draw printed circuit boards. It has to work on a 68K Mac (Quadra 840av).
For the past few weeks I've been searching the net and come across (and
downloaded) the following which seems to do the trick (although I'm not
completely sure):

* MacCAD EDS lite
* Osmond
* PCB-warrior
* Douglas layout freeware

Apparently they all assume some prior knowledge of using PCB designing
software, as the manuals are rather slim, basically only explaining
what special features they have in comparison to other programs.
I've never used such programs before, so could someone please help me
get started by telling me which of the above (if any) I should
concentrate on and where I can learn the basics of drawing PCBs
(websites, newsgroups etc).
I've already tried asking in several related newsgroups, but have had
very little response unfortunately.
