[sdiy] Another Newbie Question

I really really like them,

although they are not supposed to be for newbies, and I needed a considerable 
amount of help to get rid of a few problems that arrose because of stupid 
errors I made and couldn;t track down very well.  But that was with the SBM, 
which is a bunch of modules on one PCB.

the single modules are less problematic but still not intended for newbies, 
and if you have good soldering or other electronic experience, they are good 
to go.

the price sure is right, and I love the sounds I'm getting out of the SBM,

which I am nearly done with, and will post a full report with pictures and 
maybe mp3's in the coming weeks.

so in short, yes they are good, but you need to have some experience.
