Art's circuit definitely helped me understand simple oscillators, and I
really grew attached to the 4069 when I was playing with the minimum
theremin. I am adding features now to make it a performance-worthy and
useful instrument to replace my aging Theremax. I am at work behind an evil
firewall right now, so I can not look for Tom's Therman to see his output
stage right now, I was mostly curious to see if I can harness the leftovers
of the remaining 4069 and put them to good use as a VCA. After reading the
discussion on 4069 VCOs, I am thinking about converting it to using one of
Rene, Tom, and Magnus' beautiful VCOs for the local oscillator so I can send
the antenna's CV out to the world as well. Thank you everyone for this
discussion, I am spellbound.

Your pal,
Jon Darby
