When we say "glide" we need to consider the application...
if this is for precise VC control (like a keyboard - VCO glide)
than even a few millivolts of offset or gain error are intolerable.

If it is for rounding off a random LFO for instance... then the
error may not matter.

So there are two overlapping threads here... be careful which one
you are following... ;^)
