    THAT120 Quad PNP
    THAT140 Dual NPN/Dual PNP
    THAT100 Quad NPN

    The THAT transistor arrays have the advantage of being dialectrically
isolated, where most arrays are diffusion isolated.

    If you want to purchase onesy twosy type quantities, I sell the THAT120,
THAT140 and the MAT04 at the 100 peice cost.  Email me for details.
