Hi Paul,

That's a little before my time... only been a diy-er for 3 years.  Anyone
have more details about this?  I'll gladly pay postage / copying to anyone
who has a copy of this... or if someone will scan it, I'll put some PDFs up
on my site (If I can get permission from Craig)
