[sdiy] Amplifying logic signals

Hi List,

I'm looking for various ways to amplify some logic signals from +5V to +10V
or +12V.  I want to use as little PCB space as possible, and I'd like a
fast response time.  I'll have a +12V rail available... what's the best
method?  switching with a FET?  I'm trying to convert 5V logic to 10V to be
compatible with the gate voltages in my modular.
