[sdiy] OT: Guerrilla DIY?

In my old student home we had a clock with 2 basic features.
1) the hands ran counter clockwise
2) It was big, round, quite blue with a large white arrow pointing upwards.
Lots of pp mistook it for a traffic sign.

A friend of mine had a toilet free/occupied signaling light in the hall,
lots of pp mistook that one for a traffic light.
