Regulated for sure. If the specs on a power supply don't list negative
voltages, don't expect them to be there.

You might look at the supplies at Mouser.com. For instance: 597-BB15-1.5
for +/-12 or +/-15 at 1.5A. For an additional +5V output, try
597-CBB-75W.

There is another choice for the +5V suppy: this could be a separate
unit. The supply mentioned above puts out +5 at 6A which might be
overkill.

These are open frame supplies, meaning that you will have to provide a
fuse, power switch and power cord. You also need to enclose them to
avoid shock hazards.

All this is on Page 321 of the current catalog. Other compaies carry
these units also. They are made by International Power.
