[sdiy] Polymoog / Pratt Read Springs

I've been re-building the Pratt Read keyboard assembly on the Polymoog I
picked up recently (hi Tony).
The main problem with it is the murderously heavy action.
It's bearable for a while, but rapidly gives me sore arms.
Anyway, in their wisdom, Moog weighted the keyboard. I have spent the
morning removing the weights from the keys.
36 g (1.25 ounces) per key seems a little excessive - total weight of
the lead alone is over 2.5 kilos across the keyboard.
With the weights gone, the keyboard is slightly better, but to
compensate for the heavy keys, the keyboard return springs are much
heavier than usual. I swapped a couple of the return springs from my
Minimoog onto the Poly keyboard, and it feels just like it should.
So - anyone know where I can get a set of 42 natural key return springs,
and 29 sharp key return springs of the same tension found in the Mini ?
They seem to be colour coded - the Poly natural and sharp springs are
black and yellow, the mini springs are blue and purple.
Are Pratt Read still in business ?
Any help appreciated.
The long term plan is to turn the Poly keyboard into a velocity
sensitive midi master board, and build a 71 x CV generator board to
drive the poly voice cards.
