[sdiy] Anyone ever build a sampler?

Doesn't answer the question. The implied question was for software
synthesizer the runs on a PC (politically correct) computer.

The answers were Reaktor, Tassman, Infinity, Vaz, and on and on, but none of
them are really complete. With additional hardware support then there is
Creamware, Oasys, Kyma

Many features missing from the nord. I can think of a dozen modules that
exist on real modulars that are not present on the Nord. Can additional
module types be created on the Nord?
