Hi Steve & Larry - thanks for the replies & offers...
there was another site i found which lists the micromoog/multimoog
service manual: http://www.synthservices.com/new_man.html
but it just links to another empty site :(
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Node/6241/index.html
Anyways... what i need (i think...) is the section of the schematic
which covers from where the voltage comes in from the keyboard
resistor divider to when it enters the osc. I will explain the
problem:
The micromoog plays fine from external CV, the voltages coming
directly to and from the keyboard divider are steady... But when you
use the keyboard to play the osc (in the normal way) the cv going
into the osc wobbles randomly all over the place by +/- half a volt
or so... i guessing the problem is somewhere in the area after the
keyboard voltage enters the board?
The board looks in pretty bad shape - looks like it experienced some
serious HEAT in a former life - cracked pain on the (polyester ?)
stripy colored caps and the tracks are lifting off and crackling up
all over :(
I believe that the sonic-6, multi & micro moogs all had similar
resistor divider keyboard assembly... is this different to the other
moogs?
Thanks everyone for you time :)
Haima
