Hi,
This morning I just stumbled across my ECG master replacement guide. So
I had a look at it. Under R5105 I only found a replacement for a
NPN-Transistor.
But they have two BBDs:
ECG1641 8pin-DIL, VDD=15V,VGG=-14V 1024 stages delay, from 5.12 to 51.2 ms
(Clockgenerator chip: ECG1639)
ECG1642 14pin-DIL, VDD=15V, VGG=-14V, dual channel delay (2 x 512 stages),
PMOS, up to 25.6ms delay.
Maybe this is of help
Regards,
Alex
