Hello Group,
 I use one of these printers all the time. 
 The PC-60 prints 6 colors at a time from over a hundred colors 
including gold and silver metallic on several colors of vinyl. 
 It also has a knife to cut out holes and borders. 
 Don't mean to sound like a Roland add but it's awesome!!

 The thing is you have to draw with a good graphics program like Corel Draw or Autocad 
to create .dxf or .eps file type because the file has to be imported and exported a couple times to convert it to a file type 
compatible with the printer software. 
 If anyone would like a small quantity of something made up, let me know
but as Dave said any good sign shop should be able to do it.
