Thanks All, 

I have two or three methods, they make sense looking
at them. 

I just got my triple VCO module to the take a break
and grab some hash browns and coffee stage.  It was
really rewarding to have all three oscillators work
the first time.  I attribute my quick success to
adopting the "treat the perfboard as a single sided
pcboard" technique. Of course, you can't really go too
far wrong with CEMS, however, this is probably my
first module where I don't have a bunch of little
jumpers on the back sensitive to pressure, one of
which, is usually connected incorrectly.  The board
feels really solid as I took the single sided pc board
method to the extreme using jumpers on the top side to
make sure there were no overlapping wires on the
bottom side.  

Anyway, thanks for the circuit, after some breakfast
I'm going to put that circuit on one of the inputs of
each of the VCO's, wire up the output buffers and
annoy the neighbors.
