If you use it in a linear portamento circuit is is OK... the extra
loop gain will reduce the offset just about totally...
Sequential Circuits did this many times. I like linear portamento
myself...
I agree (JH) with your assessment if the OTA is used in an
log portamento. Maybe a Vactrol would be a good choice there.
