   Think that should read -10dBV and 0dBV.
   And for the convince +4dBu for the prolevel.

I really intended -10 dBu and 0 dBu, because that's the way Mackie
mixers are spec'd.  There could be better answers though; I don't have
my fingers on the proper standards so I just trust Mackie to do the
right thing.  So if someone has a better reference that would be
great.
