Yes, and who knows what their latest DIY project is...frankly, with the 
amount of nuclear material floating around in the former soviet union and the 
apathy/haven't been-paid-in-months-don't-care of some of the people taking 
care of it, I wouldn't be surprised if america gets a suitcase nuke deposited 
in a major city sooner or later.
