Only takes one experience like that to learn to respect HV. I was working on 
a 28" TV in high school that had probably been off for 10 minutes and 
discharged the CRT with my arm. I was using a tool with rubber grips at the 
time, but I guess the potential was high enough to jump from the metal part.
