Hello Rob, 

No, they are not the same - not even close, actually.  I'm pretty sure that 
the JUNO 6 and 60 use the BA662 VCA IC.  Roland ran out of them about a year 
ago, but someone told me that they had some new ones made.  I don't know if 
that is true, though.  You'll have to call Roland's parts department to find 
out for sure.  I'll look up the part number for you later today (when I go to 
my shop, where my service manuals are) and I'll mail it to you.
