I have to agree with that. John's stuff makes it pretty easy. I'm driving 8
Blacet modules and two DIY ones off the PS500 with no troubles whatsoever. I
would add that it would make sense, from a "just starting out" perspective,
to consider the Blacet power box, which is a PAiA Frac-Rak, with the PS500
attached to the back. Then you have both your mounting problems and power
problems (which in my limited experience are the worst bit about DIY)
solved, for just over a hundred bucks. He also has blank panels. Note that
the PS500 will drive MOTM and Oakley modules as well.
