I have done prototyping for a living for years and nearly EVERY TIME we had
a failure it was my fault!

Sloppy assembly is the biggest part of failure with anything.. Take your
time, above all else, and pay careful attention and try to envision where
you are and what you are doing before you do it.. Oftentimes, you will see a
problem in what you are doing and be able to preempt it.

And, if after building something when you first go to turn it on you should
have a lump in your stomach in anticipation.. Usually that means you took
the proper care in building it! ;)  If you don't, perhaps you didn't put
your full attention to it.

Tom, DO NOT stop offering kits for ANY reason!!!
