A good informative site about MIDI and MIDI/digital audio programming.  It 
has some fairly extensive discussion of the relevant Windoze APIs plus 
examples. It says little about Win32 programming in general so it does 
assume you know the basics of callbacks and such.

Hey, it helped me get started on this little DSP project I'm having fun 
with...my only criticism of this site is that I think he's a little too 
enamored with the MIDI protocol itself. ;)
