Hi list, I've tried it with a bigger C3 (47p-1n), but it didn't really help. With very large cap values I got a waveform at the right frequency, but a triangle. I will try to replace the CA3140 and the FET according to Tim Ressel and Oren B. Leavitt, perhaps it helps. A big THANK YOU for the help so far! regards, flo
