[sdiy] vibrato

Sometimes I like to have some animation on my sounds /per voice.
Especially the PWM of the OB-8 is worth mentioning here: Not only
can you have individual LFO for each voice, but you even can have it
tracking the keyboard CV (at a fixed amount) to create slower PWM
for low notes. (It's also possible for Vibrato on the OB-8, but I mostly
use that feature for PWM.)

But apart from that, on already such animated sounds, or on sounds
without LFO per voice, I really *love* to bring in Vibrato from a
single LFO for all voices. If you can control it from a good aftertouch
(like the CS-50), the actual LFO frequency is not that important even.
Choosing a rather slow Rate and doing a "modulation of modulation
amount" with my fingers is what I like best. Not boring at all, IMO.
