No, the word "sound" is very generic, ranging from slow movements up
to GHz of waves. It's even commodity to have tens of MHz sound stuff
at home. Got a computer? It's right there... crystal oscillators,
SAW-filters etc.

What you maybe was striving for was a definition when it is not audio,
and that is clearly when it is not audioble.
