Hi all

If anyone knows of online books or online downloadable books, please tell 
me about them.
I have found these so far :

1. Algorithms and Architectures for the Multirate Additive Synthesis of 
Musical Tones (PDF)
2. The Scientist and Engineer's Guide to Digital Signal Processing (PDF)
3. Signals, Samples and Stuff : A DSP Tutorial Parts 1 --> 4
4. Some book by Penfold (starts with an errata), first chapter is 
Synthesizer operation. Anyone know the title ? (format is .doc and a lot of 
.gif for the figures.. If I get time I'll put the gifs in the doc and 
reformat it nicely..)
