In the end, Kylie whipped out her verniers and she and her sister, Danny,
measured the gap between the knobs on my ancient and knackered Pro-One and that
became the inter knob setting for the front panel. The instrument won't fit into 
a 19" rack anymore but it will sit on top of one comfortably. 

Coincidentally, so will Kylie.
