[sdiy] Debouncing Switches

Hmmm... if it is really for audio you might not need to
debounce at all. Guitar stompboxes do this all the time...
with no debounce.

If the voltage to be switched goes to an ADSR... and the
time is more than a few ms... the bounce will be masked
(filtered) anyway.

If you are stepping a sequencer or counter...

... you are hosed !
