[sdiy] Multisegment Envelope Generator

    I just powered up the Multisegment Envelope Generator for the first
time.  It is working, at least in principal.  It gets lost, every now
and them (i.e. the state machine goes to an illegal state...will have to
tweak the VHDL code a bit I guess), but it is doing its thing.
