I've used and programmed these.
6850 1 MHz
68a50 1.5 MHz
68b50 2.0 MHz
The a/b paradigm denotes speed as shown above for all 6800 series parts.
(Not 68000). I don't have a scanner, but I'll do the best I can to get you
info like pinouts, what registers do what, etc. as I have the Motorola docs.
