[sdiy] Midi Code is Working...

    Here it is, the entire source for what I got right now:

    I still haven't decided how I want the thing to behave when you play
the next note yet.  And the code is far from being done, but it has all
the basics in there...I think.  Still don't know if I have a bullet
proof Midi parser or not.  I think it will at least do running status,
and the real time events can happen any time they feel.  It feels great
to almost have a fulling working DIY synth again...sure took me long
enough though.
