[sdiy] Odyssey problems, VCA Release section dead

Maybe one of you friendly folks can help me out here.

I've got the brown version of the Odyssey. The Release section of the ADSR 
is non functional. I hit a note and the note never decays. Always stays 
constant until another note is hit.

Anyone have an idea as to which part of the VCA has taken a nosedive and how 
to repair it?
