Hi Ken,
The 1975 Motorola Linear Integrated Circuits databook has 3 or 4 pages 
on the chip - it is labelled as "discontinued" even back then. No 
scanner here - I can snail mail copies or answer specific questions if 
need be. BTW that databook has proven itself useful many times over! 
Pick one up if you can find one - mine came from a hamfest.
