  Yamaha is the grrand booby-prize winner for this.  Woefully
under-bypassed circuit boards in their CS-50/60/80, for example.  I think
commercial manufacturers are the worst offenders...mainly because they try
everything to save a penny, like violate design rules. ;)

  FWIW, I usually send all three power traces under DIP parts as three 
30-mil traces per chip row.  Although these days, it is far too tempting 
to click on 'auto-powerplane'.
