[sdiy] 19" rack enclosures/cases vs. the US

Mid Atlantic products has 2 series of rack chassis.

Sweetwater seems to be cheapest for their "EC" line.  (6" deep) 
Markertek seems to be cheapest for their "CH" line.  (10" deep)
