[sdiy] nord modular control knob

Err, just a guess but this sounds like a job for Clavia to me.
I don't have a North modular to check,
but from your description the "pot" is probably a "encoder".
Finding a replacement should not be too hard.
However what really worries me is the "bend" circuitboard,
according to what you write it seem bend rather worse,
while it shouldn't bend at all.
