[sdiy] Help needed identifying power transistor

    The 7939 is the date code...so that part was made in 1979.  But 062-00-D is
not a Motorolla part number.  This is an in house part number used by the
manufacturer.  If you can get me the make and model number of the organ, I might
be able to find out what it is.  (My dad repairs organs, he has a lot of the
service manuals).
