[sdiy] Passive Ring Modulator

I've used Mouser's 42TM018 and 42TL218 transformers (10k one to one CT)
plus Ge diodes to make quite a few passive ring mods. Cheap and work
well enough for quick and dirty stuff. However, I don't bother trying
to get them to behave like a AD633. I emphasize "quick and dirty".
