Gentlemen:
Antique Electronic Supply carries ALL such reprinted tube manuals.
They have three different RCA manuals (two receiving and one for
transmitting tubes), the last GE manual, an early Sylvania manual, plus a
lot more
related books. They also have a reprint of Reich's PRINCIPLES OF ELECTRON TUBES,
which I strongly recommend for learning how to design tube amplifiers.

select "Books", then "Vacuum Tube"
By the way, Michael: there were very few books showing how to
build analog computer circuits. They were based on tube opamps.
None of those books will EVER be reprinted. Direct-coupled
amplifier circuits were rarely used or built in the tube era,
due to DC drift caused by cathode aging. Even digital tube circuits
were usually capacitor coupled.
The best books are long out of print, try searching on amazon, ebay or
powells.com. I recommend:
ELECTRONIC SWITCHING, TIMING AND PULSE CIRCUITS by Pettit (McGraw-Hill, 1959)
ELECTRONICS FOR SCIENTISTS by Malmstadt and Enke (W. A. Benjamin, 1963)
(the latter shows how to build and use tube opamps)
AND DON'T FORGET MY ARTICLES!
