[sdiy] VC variable bit-rate audio digitizer? help!

Well, it's funny how things happen. I was listening to the new Peter Gabriel CD "The Long Walk
Home" that uses lots of (plug-in) bit-rate decimation. So, I decided to offer a "500 Series"
module in the MOTM line which will offer this, as well as some other "broken on purpose" features
to mangle the sound. The working title is the 'Munging Decimator'. I've been designing it over
the last 10 days or so, and I'm looking for spy-cams in the lab :) Stay tuned!
