All-
I find myself with a Polymoog Keyboard 280A (the stripped down version)
that is in need of repair. As it is now, the unit powers up and all of
the "management" functions seem to work. (e.g. switching between
presets, etc.) However, I get no sound whatsoever out of any of the
outputs. Now, I am sure this is a problem that has been run into before.
So, does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be, or where
I should start looking? I am still waiting on the schematics and service
manual, so I am currently flying blind. I can tell you that the three
taps off the transformer appear to be supplying approximately 28, 28,
and 3 volts to the power supply board. I am open to any suggestions, as
I would really like to get this thing working again. Thanks so much!
Tony
