Higher voltage is OK... as long as mechanical fit is possible.

I'd get a different one. Ceramic in that voltage and value is probably
a Z5U (not very good for temperature stability or tolerance). I'd
prefer a polycarbonate type here. Avoid using Polyester (Mylar) because the
dielectric absorption is 20x worse than polycarbonate or
polystyrene.
OTOH you may not notice ;^)
