If your question is to route two signals to two destinations it would be
as follows:
The each signal would be routed to the center poles of the switch. The
destinations would be routed to one side of the switch. The other side
of the DPDT would cross connect (like an X) to the destination sides so
that flipping the switch would alternate to the other destinations.
I tried drawing this in ASCII with no success. Perhaps some talented
artist can do a gif.
