[sdiy] Env gen question

Hi y'all,

On envelope gens like the MOTM, where is a "+" and a
"-" output, I assume the "-" output idles at 10v and
goes towards 0v as the envelope progresses. This is
opposed to being a simple invert where 0 to +10v is
inverted to 0 to -10v. 

Can anyone verify??
