[sdiy] PCB production costs

There are many many options that you haven't addressed here that would be
required to approximate costing (I used to be a quality manager for a huge
US electronics company, and most of my work was 'watching over' our pcb
manufacturers).

Thickness of plating, type of sub straight material (FR4, paper based, etc),
type of solder mask (screened or photo imaged) whether you are providing
Gerber data or just film...that kind of stuff.

Email me as I have found a source for doubled side, masked and screened
pcb's at $30 a pop - but you HAVE to provide Gerber data - they do not
accept film.
